Teamlead & Career Counselor COAST

Friederike Eickhoff (*1979) studied adult education in Hamburg and trained as a systemic coach. Ever since she´s been dedicated to career counseling, HR development and shaping learning opportunities.

She spent a year in England after school and worked in Canada for a few months during her studies. When implementing the dynaMENT mentoring program back in 2015 she thought about coming back to the DESY campus one day. After a few years as a project manager for mentoring and career programs at the University of Hamburg and the HAW Hamburg she finally made it and joined COAST in 2023.
