In this mini-workshop, you will first receive some input on leadership and the various roles that can be represented in a team. In the group, you can then reflect on which roles are represented in your own teams and what this means for your leadership activities. Finally, you will reflect on how you want to carry out your leadership role individually.

Mastering Your Career as a Postdoc (3/3): Navigating Conflict – Understand and Tackle the Challenges of Conflicts

What you will learn:

• My conflict personality: strengths and weaknesses

• basics of conflict dynamics

• Look at and analyze a specific conflict in your workplace/team/project

• Find appropriate and promising ways to handle it

Nobody adores conflict, and yet: there are quite a few of them that keep us busy striving to find the best solution. Let us look at conflict in general, and at your conflicts in particular, and find out, how you can improve your solution skills.

The workshop includes lunch and one optional confidential coaching session within the three modules for individual challenges with one of the two trainers.
