DESY’s Career Center marks 5 years of Career Support for Postdocs in Science and Beyond

Mark your calendar to celebrate a pivotal moment for COAST, DESY´s Career Center for postdocs. Since 2020, COAST has been funded by the Helmholtz Association to empower postdocs to make informed career decision through highly professional career counseling, skills training, and networking opportunities – both within and beyond academia.

On 12 November 2025 we will reflect on achievements, share best practices, and explore the evolving role of career centers and institutional stakeholders in supporting early career researchers.

Join us for a look at best practices, enjoy future-focused discussions and take part in meaningful exchange!

What to Expect:
