Sign up for DESY´s "Future Innovators" third module, "Find your business idea", their one-day technology-seeks-application workshop.
The workshop consists of the following parts:
- Introduction to the Technological Competence Leveraging' method
- Derivation of the benefits of a technology (based on exemplary projects or your own)
- Identification and evaluation of commercially attractive application areas of a technology

Life Science Startups aufgepasst: Zusammen mit unseren Kolleg:innen bei Life Science Nord möchten wir die Life Science Startup Community des Nordens mal wieder zusammenbringen. Am 07.05.2024 von 17-21 Uhr. Bei Pizza und Bier habt ihr die Gelegenheit euch zu den Themen Investor Readiness, Corporate Partnerships und Rechtsfragen auszutauschen. In drei Diskussionsrunden werden jeweils Expert:innen aus dem Bereich zusammen mit euch die jeweiligen Pain-Points erörtern und eure Fragen beantworten.

Science has always been a neutral mediator, adept at building bridges and transcending boundaries, whether they are geographical, political, or societal in nature. This spirit was epitomized by the 2023 „Building Bridges for the Next Generations“ conference in Dresden. Building on this success, the Free State of Saxony aims to continue the fruitful dialogue that was sparked among international partners in Central Europe with a follow-up event: Building Bridges for a Net Zero Future.

The Central Library (ZB) of Forschungszentrum Jülich is inviting all scientists at Jülich and Helmholtz as well as our international guests to join the conversation about current developments in Open Science. Taking place once every two weeks, we invite prominent members of the global open science community to discuss their efforts in promoting the goals of Open Science.The series takes place in a hybrid format, with our speakers talking directly in front of a live audience while also being live streamed via Zoom.
